Hello and welcome to Flow Wellbeing Network!

Flow Wellbeing Network was created by Vicky (on the right) and Helen (on the left) to invite you on your journey to a better sense of holistic wellbeing through offering services, products, advice and coaching that may help you through either ourselves or reputable and trusted practitioners and providers with whom we have personal experience and knowledge. The services and products that we may offer or recommend in our shop and social media pages will inevitable grow as our network grows and it is our intention to work together and collaborate with fellow 'wellbeing warriors' to help everyone 'find their flow'.

A bit about us....

Me.jpg

My name is Victoria, but you can call me Vicky. I'm a mum to two wonderful children, Max and Aubrey, wife to Sam and owner of Great and Small Forest Education Limited. We live in a little town in Lancashire where both of my childcare settings, including my beautiful forest school, are based. I do lead a pretty busy life, juggling lots of balls and am always striving to not only find balance in life but to enjoy life and to be successful in it too - personally and professionally. I'm sure many of you will agree, that's not always easy. It was only in the last few of years that I started to seriously think about my own wellbeing and how that was affecting all areas of my life. That started the journey.... in 2019, I met Helen at a Fresh Air Fridays session in Manchester. You know when you meet someone that you just click with? Well, that happened. We both then did a wellbeing training course together and quickly started to realise that we both shared a lot of very similar outlooks, opinions, ambitions and, very importantly, sense of humour. We are both walking our own paths and are both creating our own 'flows' but we both are unified in our beliefs that an individual's holistic wellbeing is of paramount importance. This is why we've created Flow Wellbeing Network. We are both down to earth, northern lasses who enjoy life, love and laughter who will use this platform as a helping, guiding hand to support ourselves, each other and all of you to fulfil your own potentials, to live your best lives; full of happiness, enriching experiences, beneficial choices, support and, of course, lots of laughs. I'm now excited to take on the new project of the Flow Wellbeing Network shop in Queen Street, Great Harwood (my home town) where we shall continue the inspirational shopping ethos laid by TurtleBee and also introduce new products and services that will help to benefit other's lives such as moving to as much organic dried refill foods as we can, fresh organic and British fruit and veg, local raw milk, delicious locally made breads and wellness brands that I've tried and tested and that I feel I can honestly recommend to others. I'll also be making the most of the great space to invite other local holisitic practitioners to offer various sessions to boost wellbeing and boost a sense of community in our lovely town.

Hi. I'm Helen, born and bred Yorkshire lass, originally from Leeds but now living in Steeton, just outside of Skipton. I'm mum to two wonderful grown up sons, Sam and Matt who are happily living their best lives and I am so proud of them.  I love life and I’m blessed with a great support network both personally and professionally to keep me on track and at every available opportunity you will find me outside literally ‘walking my talk’.

I brought my boys up alone, so have experienced first hand the continuous and often conflicting demands of parenting alongside working to provide for my family, studying and developing my career, whilst trying to remain healthy and happy.  I’ll be honest, I didn’t always succeed! I suffered burnout and have had to learn how to prioritise my health and wellbeing.  Along the way I’ve developed strategies and techniques that include mindfulness and nature connection to support my mental and physical health.  I’ve now reached a liberating stage in my life where I can focus primarily on me, my wellbeing and my role as a Coach helping others.  I am excited to be sharing my knowledge, skills and experience with you on your journey towards positive wellbeing and flow.  More on the coaching sessions I provide can be found on the 'Coaching Natures Way' page on this website along with the 'Wellies and Wellbeing' sessions that Vicky and I will run together.

Meeting Vicky on a walking wellbeing session was ‘serendipity’. We knew we would become great friends and work well together, not simply helping each other on our own wellbeing journeys but helping others on theirs too. We are both  'salt of the earth' and we tend to call a spade a spade but we are sincere about our approaches, practices and coaching and know that these are really beneficial to anyone who wants to find their flow with our help.

Come and join us on this 'flow' to more positive health and wellbeing
